Richard Browne, owner of Sky Patrol Precision Falconry, LLC, completed his falconry apprenticeship at Adlerhörst Bird of Prey Center in Bavaria in 1980. He trained under renowned German Master Falconer Hans Shönert and handled over 20 raptor species.

Richard’s passion for falconry started as a boy in Ireland, but his desire to work in raptor conservation led him to reintroduction and protection projects in Arizona, New Mexico, New Jersey, and Maryland.

As a Bird Abatement Consultant, specializing in soft fruit crop protection, Richard uses his knowledge of bird behavior, raptor ecology, age-old falconry techniques, and current research to develop an integrated approach to effectively limit yield-loss for commercial growers.
